General conditions of entry

Conditions of entry are subject to Government and other regulatory legislation, health orders, directions and mandates that require compliance by law. Admission price includes rides, shows and attractions except for food, merchandise, photo sessions, pay per use facilities (skill and video games etc), or optional add-on experiences. We reserve the right to deny admission to persons under the age of 14 unless accompanied by a supervising companion aged 16 or older. Published times of shows or attractions may vary and are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons. Shows begin when venues reach capacity or performance starts. The operation of rides may vary from advertised without notice due to adverse weather conditions, maintenance activity or other operational reasons No food or beverages may be brought into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises. No alcohol, glassware or commercially prepared food or beverages may be brought into WhiteWater World. No eskies or coolers are permitted into the Dreamworld or SkyPoint premises. No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be bought onto the premises and you may be refused entry or evicted if we reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol. No glassware or sharp objects may be bought on to the premises. No animals may be brought onto the premises, except assistance or companion animals. Frisbees, balls, inflatables or other devices that may jeopardise the safety of others or impede staff are not permitted. Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may interfere with pedestrian traffic are not permitted. The design and systems of the Coast Entertainment Holdings group of companies are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not infringe those rights. Vehicles are parked at your own risk. The Company will not be responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in, or on any vehicle. Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes are permitted in designated areas only, no food or beverage may be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland Law. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the property for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, offensive clothing, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry. The company reserves the right to inspect your bags or other goods in your possession immediately upon request for security purposes. Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for security purposes or for use in connection with the promotional activities and general commercial operations of the Company. You expressly agree to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes without compensation. The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility. Please report any incidents to staff immediately. Tickets, vouchers and passes must be original, display an expiry date and be presented prior to that date, Photo ID and matching signatures are required on request. Fraudulent use will be referred to the police. Please be advised that appropriate swimwear is required to be worn for all water park activities/slides. For the safety of all guests, swimwear with rivets, belts, exposed zippers, metal ornamentation, long pants and denim material is unable to be worn during any waterpark activity. Eyewear is permitted only on selected slides. Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols, or phrases, etc. Please be advised that appropriate footwear must be worn at all times, except in the case of experiencing rides where loose footwear requires removal. Accommodation can be made for individual cases of severe allergies which cannot be catered for by Dreamworld food outlets. In these cases, guests are more than welcome to bring home packed meals (not commercial food). Please ensure to discuss your requirements with our Guest Services team prior to your visit for appropriate arrangements.

Question 2

Height and health advice

Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to displayed signage, our website or Guest Services for specific details. Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability. Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these. WhiteWater World Specifically; WhiteWater World is open seasonally, find out more here. We recommend that you wear appropriate footwear, swimwear and clothing at all times for your safety. We ask that swimmers shower before entering the water. Children should be toileted prior to entering the pool and regularly whilst swimming. Children under the age of 3 must wear swimming nappies or tight bathers that will contain any faecal accidents, board shorts or loose clothing are not permitted. People who have had diarrhoea within the last 48 hours must not enter the water. Lifeguards and/or team members cannot supervise children. Adults/carers must actively supervise the children they are responsible for and comply with Royal Life Saving Australia Keep Watch guidelines. Question 3

Responsibility

There are inherent risks in the participation in or on an amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction or the interaction with animals. You, by your participation, accept the inherent risks of which a prudent person is or should be aware of. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgement and act in a responsible manner while using the facility. Adults / carers are responsible for persons under their supervision. You must act with good judgement and consideration, both for yourself and others, and refrain from behaviour which could affect your safety, the safety of others, the safety of the amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction, or the safety of the animals. You must obey all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings, given by the Company and its staff including the Lifeguards or Operators of any amusement ride, waterslide, device, attraction or animal handlers, without objection. You must use, as instructed, all safety equipment provided when participating in any amusement ride, device or attraction. You are responsible for your own personal property. Lockers are available. Lockers are available for hire. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property. The Company takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable park. However, the Company will not be liable for any person in respect of the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of The Company) or otherwise. In these Conditions of Entry, the Company refers to the Coast Entertainment Holdings group of companies and includes the owner and operator of Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and all employed staff.

Question 4

Refunds

Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else. Refunds on Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services are only available in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and will not be granted for change of mind. Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint products and services cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else.

Discounted and complimentary entry

Discount Admission ticket validity includes AUS & NZ equivalent Government issued Cards; Australian & NZ equivalent Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.  Australian & NZ equivalent Government issued Seniors Card (AGE). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.  Australian & NZ equivalent Government Carers Card (CAR). Carer discount will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled card holder.

Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All tickets are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale and will be cancelled without refund if used by anyone else. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.) Entry is granted by presenting a printed E-ticket or displayed on a mobile device, a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. If this credit card is unavailable, another credit card is required for security. Children (0-2 years) receive free admission to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint Observation Deck. Once your child turns 3, they will require a ticket or pass to accompany you into the parks or Observation Deck. Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint reserve the right to close rides and attractions as required. Unless expressly stated to the contrary tickets do not include access to special events conducted outside of advertised park trading hours including, but not limited to, Dreamworld and WhiteWater World night events Does not include experiences and attractions that are not included in the entry price. Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. When the park reaches capacity we cannot permit further entries. Pass expiry extensions or refunds because of limited visitation, suspension, show cancellations, park or ride/attraction closure will not be granted. (Special circumstances may be reviewed under Management discretion.)

1 Day ticket — both parks

Ticket includes 1 Day Entry into Dreamworld, including WhiteWater World during their respective operating days, on the same day. Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.

Question 8

1 Day ticket — Dreamworld only

Ticket includes 1 Day Entry into Dreamworld only. Flexible Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.  A Fixed Dated Ticket is a ticket or product which is booked for specific date or date and time. A Fixed Date Ticket entitles the holder to entry on the specific date they have nominated at the specific special price indicated when booking.  The pricing of Fixed Date Tickets for other days and dates will vary based on a number of variable factors such as demand, peak/non-peak periods, weather, special events etc.  The holder of a Fixed Date Ticket will not be permitted entry to Dreamworld on a date other than the date on which they have booked, except in special circumstances at the sole discretion of Dreamworld.  If a ticket holder wishes to make application to transfer their Fixed Date Ticket to a future date, they must do so at least 2 Business Days prior to their original booked entry date by contacting Guest Services on +61 7 5588 1111 and, if special consideration is granted by Dreamworld at its sole discretion, the ticket holder must pay (i) an administrative fee of $4.95 as well as (ii) the price differential between the original Fixed Date Ticket price and the substitute Fixed Date Ticket price.  There shall be no refund or credit for a cheaper ticket price. Question 9

1 Day ticket — WhiteWater World only

Ticket includes 1 Day Entry into WhiteWater World only. Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Tickets must be used during product validity on WhiteWater World's operating days. All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers.

Question 10

3 Day tickets

3 Day tickets entitle the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint during their respective operating days, for 3 days within a 7-day period from the first day of entry. Tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. SkyPoint Observation Deck is a licenced venue and management reserves the right to restrict entry to persons under the age of 18 years on Friday & Saturday evenings after 8pm. All tickets are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party or third party for re-sale to customers. Lost or stolen passes cannot be replaced. Each ticket must be signed and a valid ID presented for each return entry

Dreamworld Saver Annual Pass

This Annual Pass entitles the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld during their operating days for 12 months from the date of purchase. The Dreamworld Saver Annual Pass entitles the bearer to flexible entry to Dreamworld only. Does not include entry to WhiteWater World or SkyPoint Observation Deck. Does not include entry to ticketed special events unless stated otherwise. Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use, is not redeemable for cash. Dreamworld Annual Passes are generated as digital online passes only. If you require a physical pass, this will incur a $5 printing fee. This can be requested at Guest Services on the day of your visit.  Upgrade to the Locals Annual Pass available at the front gate or over the phone during the first 11 months validity of the pass. By purchasing online, each Passholder agrees to be contacted by Dreamworld with information regarding their pass and any associated benefits if applicable. Passholders may unsubscribe at any time by contacting Dreamworld or using the unsubscribe option on the received emails or SMS messages. Passholders who unsubscribe will not receive any further communication, including information regarding Passholder benefits, exclusive offers, Passholder events, giveaways or renewal offers. Children (0-2 years) receive free admission to Dreamworld. Once your child turns 3, they will require a ticket or pass to accompany you into the parks or Observation Deck. If your child (0-2) will turn 3 prior to the Dreamworld Saver Annual Pass expiring, you should consider purchasing the pass at the same time so that all the family have a pass that expires at the same time. Question 14

Dreamworld Fun Run

Dreamworld Fun Run admission is not included in any Dreamworld entry product and must be purchased separately. The health, safety and wellbeing of all our Dreamworld Fun Run participants is our number one priority. I recognise that participating in this event is potentially hazardous and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and have the appropriate level of fitness. I understand that children under the age of 11 are required to be accompanied by a fully paid and registered parent and/or guardian for the duration of the run. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur while I am travelling to or from the event, during the event, or while I am on the premises of the event. I also am aware of and assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effect of weather, variations in conditions and conditions of the event grounds and surroundings. I, for myself and my heirs and executors, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the event organizers, sponsors, promoters and each of their agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all other persons associated with the event, for all my liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that I may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in this event. Specifically, I release LIVIN and the Company of any liability. I understand that this waiver includes any claims, whether caused by negligence, the action or inaction of any of the above parties, or otherwise. I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event. You further consent to receiving information from the promotors, sponsors, and organizers including details of other events and special offers or promotions.

Question 15

Special events (excluding Dreamworld After Dark)

Event Entry can ONLY be granted on presentation of your Ticket. You may be required to provide a valid photo ID and the Credit Card used in purchase for verification at front entry. If this is unavailable, another credit card is required for security. Tickets are not redeemable for cash, not valid after the displayed date. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Age restrictions to some events will apply. ID required for all guests over the age of 18 years. Ticket prices will vary for different events. All Prices include GST. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door on the night. Numbers to events are limited and bookings are essential. No discounts offered to Annual Pass Holders, Pensioners and Concession Card Holders. The entry price covers entry to the event on the specified date only and is only valid between the times noted on your entry ticket. No Food or Beverage may be brought onto Dreamworld, WhiteWater World or SkyPoint's premises during an event. Management reserves the right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for failure to comply with any condition of entry. Attire considered to be offensive and unsuitable will be refused entry on the night. All events will run as scheduled in the event of wet weather; venue/ride & attraction changes may apply. Dreamworld and SkyPoint reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice and adjust operating hours and/or change the venue, attractions and animal encounters without prior notice.

Cabanas

Specific Cabanas have a maximum capacity, please review product information before booking. No discount applicable to Passholders. Entry to Dreamworld and WhiteWater World is not included in Cabana hire. Booking is only valid for the nominated day. Bookings are non-transferable. Cancellation fee is 100%.

Question 17

Dingo Experience

Inclusions: Close encounter with a Dingo A briefing session with a handler Approx. 20 minutes One 6 x 8 colour print Terms and conditions: Experience available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Maximum of 5 (Five) guests may participate in each session. Restricted to 7 years and over and children must be accompanied by a paid participating adult up to the age of 15 years Small children unable to participate in the experience must be supervised by an adult at all times Dingo Experience is only available to guests who have admission to Dreamworld on the day of the experience. Dreamworld admission is not included in price of the experience and must be purchased separately. Dingo Experience is for a nominated date and time only. It is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date, but may be transferred to another person. Cancellation fee is 100%. Whilst all reasonable precautions are taken by Dreamworld to ensure the safety of our guests participating in this experience, Dreamworld shall not be responsible for any death or injury to any guest or loss of or damage to any property being worn or carried by any guests while participating in this experience. Purchase of Dingo Experience assumes acceptance of this disclaimer. Dreamworld standard conditions of entry apply. Guests must understand that dingoes are wild animals and it is for our guest's safety that participants must abide by the direction of the handler at all times. All participants must be in good health and able-bodied. Wheelchairs or walking aids are not permitted. Dingo Experiences may be cancelled at Dreamworld's discretion at any time should this be deemed to be in the best interest of the dingoes, keepers, and guests. In the event a Dingo Experience is cancelled, Dreamworld will endeavour to book guests into an alternative available date. If the alternative date is unsuitable, Dreamworld will refund the full price of the experience. Each Dingo Experience will have the Dreamworld photographer present. A 6x8 photo in a souvenir folder is included in the experience and guests can collect from Kodak Shop after 1pm on the day of the Experience. Additional photos can be purchased if guests wish at the recommended fee per additional item. Guests must complete the Waiver Form prior to their experience. Guests must make their own way to Presto’s Training Cafe by 11:10am and the 20-minute experience will commence at 11:15am. For safety reasons, you will not be able to participate in this activity if you are:Under the influence of alcohol or drugs or currently receiving medical treatment that may impair your judgement, balance or vision.Suffering from a disability or condition that may prevent you following or understanding instruction given by the handler. This includes hearing or visual impairment and mental or physical disabilities.Suffering from an injury or disability that affects your mobility. Wheelchairs, walking aids and crutches are not permitted.Suffering from any condition not mentioned that may endanger yourself or others.

Monthly Survey Competition

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By completing the Ticket Survey, you (the entrant) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter is Coast Entertainment Operations (ABN 22 104 529 106) trading as Dreamworld and is located at Dreamworld, Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, QLD, 4209 The promotional period ends at 11.59pm AEST on the final day of each calendar month. Entry is open to Australian residents. An eligible entrant who is under 18yrs of age must obtain permission from a parent or guardian and provide evidence of the permission. Dreamworld reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or entrant (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant or entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. The directors, management and employees of the Coast Entertainment Holdings group of companies and their immediate relatives (including children, niece, nephew, grandchildren or siblings) are ineligible to enter the competition. To enter, entrants must complete and submit the post-visit survey sent to them via email following their visit to Dreamworld or WhiteWater World. There is one (1) prize to be won in each calendar month. The prize includes one (1) EFTPOS Gift Card at a total value of $100. This competition is a Category 4 trade promotion and the selection of the winners will be selected randomly. The winners will be selected at Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera QLD 4209. The winner will be notified by email or mobile no later than 15 days post promotional period end date and the prize will be sent via registered post. The selection of the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Any component of the prize, which is forfeited cannot be exchanged for another prize, transferred or redeemed for cash. All Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then a redraw will occur and the next random drawn winner will be contacted. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss). Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. By entering this competition, you consent to the collection of your personal information by or on behalf of Dreamworld for the primary purposes of enabling it to administer the promotion and publicise its winner(s) and to market its products to you. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the promotion, including the promotion administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. You may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in condition 3 to request access to, or corrections of, any of your personal information that is held by Dreamworld. If you do not provide accurate personal information, Dreamworld may determine that you are not eligible to win a prize.

FAULTY GOODS Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund at your choice for a major failure. CHANGE OF MIND Even if your goods are not faulty, but you simply change your mind on a purchase, you have 28 days to return your items to us for a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply to a change of mind: goods must be returned in a saleable condition. original proof of purchase must be provided.  by saleable condition we mean that the item has not been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included. If the item is unboxed or partially assembled, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange, so please take your time when making your choice to avoid any inconvenience at a later date. gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged. By participating in the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it is important that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully.  What is the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program? The purpose of this program is to provide members with rewards points (Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points) in respect of each eligible purchase made at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store. The Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program is conducted by Coast Entertainment Operations (ACN 104 529 106) of Level 6, 63 Mount Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 (Dreamworld), the operator of the Dreamworld LEGO® Certified Store, and is exclusively for the Dreamworld LEGO Store only and does not form part of the following programmes: Any official LEGO VIP program which is exclusive to LEGO.com and LEGO owned Stores; Any Dreamworld VIP or discount programmes with benefits to be used or redeemable in any Dreamworld attraction. Who can become a member of the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program? You can only become a member of the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program if you are aged eighteen (18) years or over and a legal resident of Australia or New Zealand. How can I join the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program? You can join the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program by signing up at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store. What information do I need to provide? In order to join the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program, you must provide the Dreamworld LEGO® Store with the following information at the time you sign up:
 (i) A member name (first and last name);
 (ii) Valid email;
 (iii) Postcode;
 (iv) Phone number; and
 (v) Date of Birth. You must ensure that you keep your email address operational and notify us by contacting the Dreamworld LEGO® Store if you change it. You will not receive important program notifications if you fail to do so. Will I receive marketing communications from the Dreamworld LEGO® Store? As a Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Member, you will automatically receive emails regarding your membership and promotions associated with the Dreamworld LEGO® Store.  If you unsubscribe from these emails, you will no longer receive important program information. How do I earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points? You will earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points every time you make an eligible purchase of LEGO® products at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store located at Dreamworld, Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, QLD.   Program is only valid for instore purchases at the Dreamworld LEGO Store. Your Dreamworld LEGO Store VIP Card cannot be used to accumulate LEGO VIP Points at any other LEGO Store or online nor used to accumulate any loyalty points on any Dreamworld loyalty programmes.  Eligible purchases are defined as any LEGO® merchandise available for purchase at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store, excluding gift cards. (You will not earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points upon purchase of a gift card, but when a gift card is used by a Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP member to make an eligible purchase, the VIP member using the gift card will earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points).  Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP points cannot be earnt on any additional service fees incurred such as delivery or postage charges. To earn points for purchases, you must provide your current Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Card at the time of purchase. Where can I use the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program? The Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program may be used for purchases made instore at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store only.  Points, rewards and exclusive offers can only be redeemed at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store and cannot be used in conjunction with purchases online or from any other retailer. How many points do I earn? You will earn 0.05 points for every AUD$1.00 spent on eligible purchases at the Dreamworld LEGO Store.  Redeeming 10 Points (earnt based on a AUD$200 spend) qualifies a Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP member for a discount of AUD$10.00 off their next purchase at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store. What is the value of the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points? Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points do not have a cash value. Points may be accumulated to earn members a discount on eligible purchases. Do I earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points when I make purchases with a gift card? Yes, you will earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points on eligible purchases made by you with gift cards. When will I receive my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points? Earned Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points will be added to your account when the transaction is completed.   When can I redeem my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points? Once your points balance reaches 10 points, you may redeem your points for a discount of AU$10.00 off the price of purchases made at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store.  You may redeem this discount on your next purchase at the Dreamworld LEGO Store, or you may choose to accumulate points. You will be eligible to receive a discount of AU$10.00 off the price of purchases made at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store for every 10 points that you accumulate. When you make a purchase and redeem Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points, you will earn additional VIP points on the net amount of your purchase, after the discount is applied, not on the full purchase price prior to applying the VIP discount. Can I redeem points on the same purchase upon which they are earned? No, it is not possible to redeem Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points during the same transaction in which they are earned. Can I use Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points towards the purchase of gift cards? No, points may not be redeemed against the purchase of gift cards. However, you will earn Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points when you use a valid gift card to make an eligible purchase at the Dreamworld LEGO® Store. Can I redeem Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points for cash? No, Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. In cases where the discount earned through redemption of Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points exceeds the value of the purchase, change will not be given. Can I buy extra Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points? No, VIP Points cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed for cash. What if I need to return a product from which I have earned Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points? If you return products for refund, any points earned for the purchase will be deducted from your account balance, and any points which were redeemed in connection with the purchase will be added to your account balance. Do my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points expire if they are not redeemed? Yes, all Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points expire two (2) years after they are earnt if they have not been redeemed.   What if I lose my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Card? If your Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Card is lost or stolen, you must contact the Dreamworld LEGO® Store for a replacement card. Please note that you will need to provide proof of identity to process your request. The lost card will be deactivated and replaced by a new one. Will I be reminded before the expiry of my Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points? No, but you will be notified if your account has been inactive for a period of time up to one year. How do I cancel my membership? You may cancel your Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP membership by contacting the Dreamworld LEGO® Store.  You may be asked security questions related to your account to verify that it is your account. Any accrued Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points will be forfeited at the time of cancellation. Are there any consequences if I do not comply with these Terms and Conditions? If you fail to meet or observe any of these Terms and Conditions, Dreamworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your membership with immediate effect. No compensation will be offered for points earned if your Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP membership is terminated. What if Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Points are credited to my account by mistake? Dreamworld reserves the right to cancel or remove points which have been issued to your account by mistake or due to a system or human error. Dreamworld will not tolerate deliberate misuse of the system when/if an error in the number of points occurs and such misuse will lead to termination of the member's account and a ban on future use. Can Dreamworld cancel or make substantial changes to the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program or these Terms and Conditions? Yes, Dreamworld reserves the right to cancel or substantially modify the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Dreamworld does so, you will be notified by email one (1) month prior to the cancellation or any substantial modification. How will Dreamworld use personal information and other data relating to me? Your personal information will be handled by Dreamworld in accordance with its privacy policy, a current copy of which may be accessed at https://www.dreamworld.com.au/general/privacy-policy (Privacy Policy). Dreamworld’s Privacy Policy will be updated from time to time and posted on its website. By participating in the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the current Privacy Policy. Personal information provided by you in connection with the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program will be used for the primary purpose of enabling Dreamworld to administer the Dreamworld LEGO® Store VIP Program and those secondary purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy. What if I wish to access, update or remove my personal information or have a privacy related complaint? Please email us at privacy@coastentertainment.com.au if you wish to access, update or remove your personal information or have a privacy related complaint. Any complaint regarding a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles will be investigated by an authorised officer. The complainant will be advised of the outcome of the investigation as soon as practicable.
